| All of our products are sent out priority mail, insured. The US Post Office says that priority mail takes 2-3 business days to arrive. We will replace any packages lost in the mail after we have received reimbursement from the Postal Service. Products that arrive damaged will be replaced immediately. Please feel free to return any unused products you are not completely satisfied with. You are responsible for return shipping, but we will be happy to mail out a replacement product at no additional charge. |
